01 / SERVICES

Three things we do well.

No catch-all catalogue. We focus on jobs where 3D printing genuinely beats the alternative - on time, cost, or because the part simply no longer exists.

01

Spare parts on demand

We re-create parts that are no longer sold - from a physical sample or a good photo with dimensions. The finished 3D model stays in your archive, so the next piece is one e-mail away, with no re-modelling.

  • Coffee-machine and appliance parts for repair shops
  • Machine components and guards
  • Props and mechanisms for escape rooms and museums

02

Prototypes and housings: SLA and FDM

We print prototypes in two technologies and match them to the job. SLA (ABS-like and Tough resins) where detail and assembly accuracy matter; FDM (PLA, PETG, PHA) where you need a larger, durable body at a lower cost. Design consultation and a new iteration in 24–48 h - the model is fit for fit testing, not just for show.

  • Electronics housings and panels
  • Mechanism and fixture components
  • Functional models for fit testing

03

Short runs and branding

We produce repeatable runs of 10 to 500 pieces with consistent dimensions and finish. It pays off where an injection mould is too expensive and no off-the-shelf part exists - for details branded for a specific company.

02 / PROCESS

From idea to parcel.

  1. 01

Send a photo or the part

Describe what you need. A photo with a ruler, a sketch or a ready STEP/STL file is enough. The most accurate starting point is the original sent by post.

  2. 02

    CAD modelling and quote

We re-create the geometry in CAD, select material and tolerances, and send back a quote with a lead time within 24 hours on business days.

  3. 03

    Printing and dimensional check

We print in SLA or FDM - choosing the technology to match the application. Every piece is checked dimensionally before it ships.

  4. 04

    Pickup in Kraków or shipping

Collect in person in Kraków by appointment, or we ship by courier within Poland and the European Union.

The 3D file of your part stays in the archive - you order the next pieces with a single e-mail.

03 / EXAMPLE APPLICATIONS

Problems like these are what we solve.

Three real parts we have physically printed - in-house projects from our studio. Rotate each model to inspect the detail from every angle. Does your case look similar? Describe it in a quote request.

REF 01 RE-CREATED PART

Sill clip - Mazda MX-5

The original sill mounting clip has been discontinued and the available substitutes are poor quality. We re-created the part 1:1 by measuring the original and printed a matching replacement.

REF 02 OWN DESIGN
WHEEL WITH ORNAMENT FITTED

Custom wheel ornament

No decorative element was available at all for this rare wheel. We designed it from scratch as our own CAD project and printed a ready-to-fit part.

REF 03 OWN DESIGN

Socket adapter for a lighting track

There was no way to seat a standard power socket in a lighting track. We designed our own adapter that joins a standard socket with the powered track.

04 / WHO IT'S FOR

Who our offer is for.

01

Appliance and coffee-machine repair shops

Keep repairing after the manufacturer has discontinued a part - we re-create the missing piece from the original or a photo.

02

R&D teams and hardware startups

Test geometry and fit faster than you could order an injection mould - prototype iteration in 24–48 h.

03

Labs and universities

You need an unusual holder, adapter or test-rig element that no catalogue carries.

04

Local businesses and hospitality

You want branded details, displays or table numbers in a small, repeatable run.

05 / FAQ

Before you send an enquiry.

The most common questions about materials, files, tolerances and paperwork. Something missing - write to us and we'll add it.

01 What materials do you print with - and what won't you print?

SLA: standard, ABS-like and Tough resins - for detail and trial assembly. FDM: PLA, PETG and PHA - for larger, durable parts; PHA is a biopolymer that, unlike typical plastics, is fully biodegradable. To be honest about the limits: we don't make pressure parts, parts working in high temperatures, or safety-critical components (brakes, structural load-bearing, life-supporting). Here 3D printing replaces a prototype or a non-load-bearing part - not a certified component.

02 What do I need to send to get a quote?

Ideally a STEP or STL file. If you don't have one - a clear photo with a ruler or stated dimensions is enough, and we'll re-create the model in CAD. For complex geometry the safest option is the original sent by post; we'll return it together with the finished print.

03 What dimensional tolerances do you hold?

In SLA realistically ±0.05–0.1 mm on smaller details, depending on geometry and resin shrinkage. In FDM ±0.2–0.3 mm. Critical dimensions and fits are agreed before printing and checked piece by piece - if the part must fit an existing assembly, state that dimension in your enquiry.

04 Will you sign an NDA?

Yes - it's standard for R&D projects. We sign the NDA before you send any files. We never show a client's models or documentation without explicit consent.

05 Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we settle by invoice. The business is currently VAT-exempt, so the invoice carries no VAT. Payment form and terms are agreed together with the quote.

06 How do pickup and delivery work?

Personal pickup in Kraków by appointment, or courier shipping within Poland and the European Union. The lead time comes with the quote - typically from 48 hours for simpler parts.
