Privacy policy
In short: we collect only what is needed to quote and deliver your job. The site uses no cookies and does not track people.
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Wojciech Górzański, a sole trader (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), os. Kalinowe 3, 31-812 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 944-228-67-42, running the lont.design studio in Kraków. Contact for all data-related matters: kontakt@lont.design.
2. What data we process and why
- Quote form: full name, e-mail address, optionally a company name and a description of the part or project. Purpose: preparing a quote and contacting you about the job (steps prior to entering into a contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- E-mail correspondence: data provided in your message, including attached files (photos, CAD models). Purpose: as above, plus delivering the job.
- Invoicing data: processed to the extent required by tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot prepare a quote.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies or similar identifiers and does not profile visitors - which is why we show no consent banner. If we use visit statistics, they are anonymous, cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics measurements that do not identify individuals.
4. Who we share data with
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) - technical handling of the quote form; only the content of your enquiry passes through Formspree servers (no project files).
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA/EU) - website hosting and optional anonymous statistics.
- Apple Inc. (iCloud Mail) - handling of the kontakt@lont.design mailbox, which receives enquiries and files.
US-based providers process data under EU mechanisms for lawful transfers (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep data
- quote enquiries - up to 12 months from the last contact,
- accounting documents - for the period required by tax regulations,
- project files - as agreed with the client (including NDAs and the file-archive rules).
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object. An e-mail to kontakt@lont.design is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Changes to this policy
We will announce material changes on this page. Draft version - the document will be legally reviewed before its first formal release.
